Never used poseidon server, never had a problem.
No particular tips to avoid ban, just use common sense and don't bot in maps full of people or during daytime without supervision.

Here's the tables extracted from my client, updated on 31/10/2013.

Just extract the "tables" folder into your openkore folder, and join/replace files.
