web monitor problems

hi i have seen there is a webmonitor plugin and i have been trying to get it to work for a few days now.
sadly enough.... i have no idea at all how to get it to work.

all info i could find about it is A that there is a webserver build in in openkore (awesome! sorry if i misread it though)
and B webmonitor is a quiet "old" plugin and i hope it still works....

so could someone please tell me how to set it up?
and i'm running at the moment a few bots from the same folder using dKore i hope that's not a problem for the webserver.
