Is there a "notInTown" condition for macros [resolved]

I was looking for a condition I could put in my automacro much like you use in useskill functions to not activate the automacro while in town. The closest I can find is "location not" but that makes it so that I have to put each individual town in rather than being able to rely on the cities defined in cities.txt. Is there a function I'm missing for being able to do this?

Edit: Didn't find the function, but I found a workaround.
