Bot can't detect players on certain map

Is there any reason where my bot can't detect players on certain maps?
When I use PL on towns like prontera and other outside map like pay_fild08 it can detect players when I use 'pl' command. But on other maps like prt_gld it says no players near you even though there is a player right in front of the character?
