this is what I have for my server info

and this is the error I get.
Connecting to Account Server...
Connecting (128.241.92.134:6800)... couldn't connect: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of
time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (error code 10060)
Timeout on Account Server, reconnecting. Wait 36 seconds...

amm I clone or download from github then I zip them to my desktop but I'm not sure if it automatically DL the latest openkore version.

Github always the latest version.
But if its been awhile since you download from github and then your server have regular updates, you might need to update you openkore.
To regularly update your openkore, you have few option to do so.
Those options are:
- Download again from Github
- Use Git desktop and pull updates.
- Use TortoiseSVN/GIt and click updates.
- Or simply copy-paste the updated files into your openkore files.
If you are playing on official servers, and after downloding anew the bot still hasn't work, that's mean the one maintaining that server hasn't update it yet.
So just wait patiently until they update, then redownload again.
Please wait at least 24 hours (because so far not even after 24 hours, update already released.)
Please check the server status also for bot at openkore wiki (or future readme in github)
