I haven't really seen them banning bots at all since the Repeatable exp quests on iRO were changed to kill count only.

I reside on the "premium servers" so we got the kill count and the repeatable turn ins. But its my last good bot since they banned my other two before I had quit. so before I go jumping into the waters again just making sure lol.
