iRO to bring back pre renewal servers!

Has anyone found a solution to get Xcore working?Cause this is what comes up for me:

server type needs to be changed to 22 and charblock size needs to be changed to 108.

I changed mine to 108 but every time I run it, it just changes it back to 118. Any way to override or something ?

I've the same problem, I do this:

1º On console make the comands:

conf serverType 22
conf charBlockSize 108
reload config
relog

But, i've to do this every time than I open Openkore.

I find other solution:

1º Replace your config file for a "original/clean" one.
2º Go to "tables" folder and backup your servers.txt file.
3º In servers.txt file change the following itens:

It isn't "other solution", it's the only way to do it. Documentation clearly says that serverType and charBlockSize are server settings in servers.txt and not config options.

That worked, Thank you VERY much! Sorry I didn't know it had to be changed in there. Not sure if this is what did it or if something else changed but now I don't DC :] Everything works well on Classic.

You're not supposed to know it, that's why documentation exists and anyone can look up things they have problems with.

Now there is a new entry in master list for iRO Classic. Old entries would continue to work with Renewal servers. New entry also features new serverType which fixes private message thingy. Clear your "master" option in config and you'll be prompted to select new master when you'll start openkore.

It's not clear what to do with portals (there were some problems with handling multiple portals.txt or something?), but a kind of Pre-Episode12 portals file exists: http://openkore.svn.sourceforge.net/vie ... threv=7073
