10060 on Yggdrasil Server

Hello,

So I download the openkore, on config I wrote my information, but whenever I start the openkore it loads for a while, saying its connecting, then gives me the errror :

couldn't connect : Unknown error <error code 10060>
Timeout on Account Server, reconnecting...

Does the OpenKore work for Yggdrasil_New_Open?

This is how my config is set up by the way :

I re-downloaded it a couple of times, the versions im using is the 2.0.7. Tried starting it as administrator for my windowns, but that's not it. iRo... And I can't think of any other information that could be useful. Sorry if I missed something and thank you for reading.
Any ideas?
