Help! Botting on Classic iRO

Im a noob and I dont know how to connect the bot on classic server. I searched for everyplace, configs...tables...servers and i cant conect my bot.
I have in the folder a startro.bat with "start StartRO.exe 1rag1 /account:poseidonRO.xml"

I click in "start-poseidon" and then in "startro.bat". Ragnarok came on and when i put login and password automatically disconect =/
What im doing wrong? can someone put a setup so I can connect? Sry my bad inglish =/
