use wxstart.exe have a problem

well its been a few weeks now and i was hoping that this would be fixed but no suck luck.
my problem is that when i start it up goes to chaos server and tells me there's no charterers there to pick.
I have a few there i know this.. would be nice to know how to fix this problem..
