How to install openkore from scratch

Is there any way that I can get a fresh copy of openkore and its updated version? I want to know step by step on how to install it properly and update it at the same time. So I will not have any errors in my program. I really don't know how to update my client if you can walk me through I would be happy to listen. I would like to bot on iRO renewal server.
