Okay, I have been working out for about 4 months now and have lost about 20 pounds and I’m feeling great. I still look a little obese, but I am just now beginning to see more muscle tone in my arms, back, and chest. I want to take diet pills but did that make me feel bad and how can I prevent feeling bad. Any other tips would be great. I want to look very toned up in coming summer and I’m working so hard in the gym.
