it happens while sitting and my HP wont regen stock on 80-95%.

in the bottom of file.

i had the same issue, which was not fixed after i edited recvpackets.txt in notepad
i didnt realise, but this left an error in formatting

edited it again with another program, adding "0A27 8 8 1" near the bottom of the file, and it's working fine now

can confirm that this fix will resolve the issue.
