How can I avoid it with a macro?

I dont understand how you got ban though???
did gm warp you to a testing map? and you need to follow what it says??

are you sure this is in iRO? i dont think iRO GM test bots like this.

to preserve my identity i will not post the exact messages i've been sent by a GM
i got some strange messages that should mean i would get banned
something like "are you there?" and i gave no response
i assume he was following me around for a while before he PM'd me
i was not warped to any other map, but i am not sure what other tests they performed

i simply retired those bots and now only go on them occasionally
i use these during what i think are "safe" times, or on maps with no other players

has anyone else had something like this?
i would assume i am being closely watched but no bans have come to me yet
maybe am i just being paranoid?

still, i would like to hear from anyone who has been mass banned for some info
