How to choose character in slot 4?

I was wondering what to do so that when it logs in it'll choose my char in slot 4 [1 page to the right, 1st slot]. It only gives me the option to choose the first character in my roster. Any ideas how I can choose my 4th slotted character?

Characters are identified by their indexing sequence, so they should be numbered [0 1 2][3 4 5][6 7 8][9 10 11]
Try putting character value 3. It should select your character.
