Getting error 10061 while trying to connect

I am unable to connect to Ragnarok Bot getting unknown error. Screenshot attached.

change ip from 128.241.92.134 to 128.241.92.133

If you just created the account, the GMs are manually "approving" access so you'll see a connection error like that until they give it proper permissions. At first I thought they had banned my proxy.
