There was no connexion changes recently commited on github anyhow, so....

Same problem, i tried to obtain new IP with wpe method, but I have obtained the same as we already have >.<
Im using this:

[International - iRO: Re:Start]
ip 128.241.92.133
port 6800
version 18
master_version 1
serverType iRO
addTableFolders iRO/Restart;iRO
serverEncoding Western
charBlockSize 145
patchserver ropatch1.gravityus.com
patchpath /repatch


And i have the same error code 10060

Problem solved itself without doing anything.
This was probably a server issue.
