Summoner skills

So i have set up a summoner bot, it can use basic skills but SV StemSpear is not working.

Yes i checked the forums before posting this and i also saw that post.
I tried typing the skills normally and also trying the skill ID but it doesnt work.
I can confirm that some skills works like Bite with or without using skill IDs but SU_SV_STEMSPEAR simply doesn't work.
