Portal Stuck

Hello, have no clue how to solve this problem - bot, after quitting alebaran's toolshop stucks in portal and going back into it instead of going to toy factory. Same sometimes happens at xmas_dun01 > xmas_dun02 - bot can walk into portal for 5-10 min.
How to solve this problem?

For the xmas dungeon issue the setting "teleportAuto_portal 1" would make sure you tele when at the lockmap to get away from the portal. But that wouldn't work in the tool shop, so might want to use a different shop instead.
