During the maintenance today, me and my brother realized that we couldn't connect to any of Warpportal related websites (playragnarok and forum).... and now, we realized that we can neither connect to the game client within our IP.
We tried to connect with the phone 4G, and we got sucess in both forum and client.

So looks like they make a full ban in our ip (but didn't ban any account).... anyone has experienced this?

Just sent tickets asking if your IP is blocked due to DDoS attack or not, if not ask reason why.
Say you playing at cybercafe or something which show your current ISP isn't owned by you or something etc etc.

Looks like is some problem with our ISP.

There's a lot of reports of people in forums.

ISP=Vivo and Movistar affected at the moment.

They will not block the ip without blocking the account.

Afaik warpportal will never BAN IP.
They only use IP as reference to see which account are running bot with the same IP.
IP remain untouched.

Whenever RO & websites can't be accessed, it's due to DDoS.
It might ba an automate system; whenever irregular activities detected which cause heavy loads on server, it will be blocked IMO.

From the last 4 years, I only had this IP inaccessible 3 times.
Only once temporarily and the other 2 need send tickets.
