I'm a returning player of RO and I'm thinking of doing a taekwon ranker. Is there a feature in openkore for doing missions automatically or a plugin for it? I already searched and it seem's no one created one yet.

I don't think there is.
You can make simple macro to spam mission to change monster and click on npc to recover SP/HP (Tips; Do Eden Gear quest but don't complete it. Can heal u 10k hp/sp)
Then, just change lockMap kill those monster if you desire it.
