Who is this Rose? Why are they in the avoid.txt?

I logged in and didn't see any players nearby called Rose.

Instead of having a crack... point me in the right direction so i can do my own research.

I know its a person in the avoid.txt.
Is it a GM? Is it a person thats just in there for no reason?
Would removing it increase my chances of getting banned?

..Right. I logged in and checked all the people.. noone called Rose.

However.. I missed something. A homunculus. Someone named their homunculus after a name in the avoid.txt...
I assume Kore identifies them as players... and disconnects..

default names in the avoid.txt are ancient player names on iRO, there is 1 GM on there (Christy, GOD-POING are the same person)
and the rest were notorious bothunters. there just there now as example
