How to not use certain skill when party member is around?

Straight to the point, I don't want my Blacksmith using Power Thrust when party is around. How do I do this?

Last time I checked, best case is when there is player but not in party and it wont use skill when there is no player.
But you want both, when there is player and when there is no player.
I'd asked before for this on eventMacro, I forgot what Nipodemos said afterwards..
