how do you help the slave priest first?

the problem is that too many mobs start attacking my priest while my attackers (sin and rogue) are still killing the ones attacking themselves. The priest keeps on healing itself and eventually runs out of sp and dies. The attackers die later on.
I am asking if there is a way for attackers to change target to the mobs attacking the priest before killing off the ones attacking themselves.
Could it be done with attackAuto? or preferably even with skills?

This problem occurred to me in c_tower3, when I was trying to grind alarms.

Did you try setting attackAuto_party?

yes, but i think even if you set attackAuto_party to 1, attackers still kill the mobs attacking themselves first before moving onto other targets. That's what I've seen from experience, but if I'm wrong please do let me know!
