Anybody out there? - recent fRo update

Hi everyone,

From what I can tell the recent fRo update from 10.09.2015 has broken some things including the display of cart and inventory (It now just says no cart/empty).
This seems reasonable since they obviously changed something about the inventory system (bigger inventory window, favourites etc.).

I am willing to invest some time in this (i.e. do some maintenance), however I am new to the codebase and can't promise anything anytime soon
So I am wondering if there is anybody who knows where to start (or maybe even how to fix )?

There seem to be (at least) two new unknown switches namely:

• 0991
  0993

However I don't know if this is linked to the inventory problem. I will update as soon as i have done some more reseach.

p.s. Can anybody recommend a good perl IDE? Also there is a global $char variable, where is it being set?
