Just talk to the NPC or complete the quest.

Update your portals.txt once you done the quest.
There is 3 ways to get up/down from there
-Warp Portal
-Teleport
-Talk to NPC.

*There are few more *cool* places to warp people XD

thanks fadreus. how to set kore to tele on top of that hill. i tired the unstuck tele. but seems not work coz it doesnt stuck, it keep walking on the hill. or how do i setup for kore to talk to npc.

If want to tele, use macro to trigger when cannot calculate for easier solution.
Or tele when you see that NPC (but sooner or later all monster will spawned at this area).
