I wanted to know what coding language is used to create hacks for ragnarok like Autopot, xRag. If anyone knows let me know about IDE and any tutorial if available.

I'm not sure this is the right place asking that.
Openkore is not a "hack" forum.
Openkore is more like automation and alternative way of playing ragnarok.
If this is such a place, then there is no problem cracking Game Guard like EAC/Frost.
