Do either Open/Visual Kore work while GameClient is running?

Hello everyone, I used to play RO a while back and just started again. I've looked through all the forums I'm supposed to look through and haven't found this exact question anywhre.

I remember using a bot that worked while the game client was running. So I could just grab the mouse and start playing normally whenever I wanted.

I thought that was VisualKore(as I remember paying for it way back), but I don't see any mention of that feature on it's website. Just a visual design that's a fancier version of what most bots use.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
