Low Rates Servers?

any 1 has any 99 server to play on?

Max lvl : 99
Server population : more then 300, best if more then 1000 =]]

i feel like trying EuphRO and EternityRO but i got very confused when there's no warper / twin tower, gonna walk all the way for farming? zzz

hmm kore-ro i hav thought of playing it but, the population is quite low and when died the eq will drop right?
