in the wxstart. skills should have its own tab

i think skills should have its own tab in wxstart because it will make it easier for the skills to be viewed on,used, and also add another skill

wx-devel branch (svn path ^/openkore/branches/wx-devel) has skills window and other useful things.

i mean just like the status. which is in the view toolbar then the status. cause i can only find the skills in the info toolbar. sorry bout the terminologies. i am not that familiar with it. if im wrong can you teach me how i will do it?
