teleportAuto_maxDmg on relative life

Today, the fields teleportAuto_maxDmg/teleportAuto_maxDmgInLock receive an absolute number as its variable (e.g. 500).
My suggestion is: take it as a percentage(e.g. 20 for 20% of full hp).

For example: setting that 500 should be the "teleportAuto_maxDmg" makes no sense at all on the lower levels, (when full life << 500!), so when your bot tries to teleport he is already long dead. Also it is not such an absurd amount to take as damage when you have 8k of hp and is receiving an occasional skill.
Now, 20% will always be 20%, don't matter what your total life is.
