raiseSkill/Stat freaking out and not adding?

I updated openkore which included these two plugins which are apparently required for auto adding of stats n skill points. I was told in another thread you just load the plugins and it should work like normal. My bot is spamming No more skills/stats to raise, disabling statsaddauto. There is stat and skill points both just sitting there not being used. Is there some other configuration that needs to be done to make these plugins behave?
