eventMacro (new macro plugin)

Hi, as you may know it's in the todo list of openkore to rewrite macro plugin, so I did it.

I don't have much time to explain in this topic right now but I wrote an event-based version of macro plugin, it is called eventMacro and I develop it in github, it has a wiki page and is 100% working and tested (I think).

All automacros conditions have changed so automacros built for macro plugin won't work, macro syntax is pretty much the same.

@Henry your idea is very good. BUT, what changes in the kore if we use this plugin ? all macros and plugins need to be updated ?! or something like that ? or will still be working ?!

i think they are not dependable macro and eventMacro can work together...
