New Server (IndianRO), connectivity issue

there is this new server (IndianRO), recently launched, and with a good population http://www.inro.co.in

i need a config for this server, i followed the connectivity guide, and this was the result:

still my characters are not visible, and the bot refuses to go ahead.

please help, it will be highly appreciated
