Problem in SKILL_id_handle.txt

While making a plugin, I realized that the file tables\SKILL_id_handle.txt contains only 19 of the handles sorcere skills, while he has more in the game (26).
Is this really so??

List of missing:

so_el_action
so_el_analysis

so_fire_insignia
so_water_insignia
so_wind_insignia

Enquanto fazia um plugin, percebi que no arquivo tables\SKILL_id_handle.txt contem apenas 19 handles das habilidades de soccer, enquanto no jogo ele tem mais (26).
É realmente isso??

I finished to include the data, and also put in order the 8401-8442
