The dev doc can be generated by running the perl script in ~/src/doc.
The old user manual can be found here and the wiki can be found in my signature.
VCL has a backup of the user manual.
One ST0 to rule them all? One PE viewer to find them!
One ST_kRO to bring them all and in the darkness bind them...
