Newsfeed

As we're going (hopefully) to make a stable branch and fix it, some kind of news feed with information about fixed errors and ongoing server support can be useful. Examples of stuff can be posted:
- "bug A when B is fixed"
- "crash with message A when doing B is fixed"
- "iRO updated to 12.1, there's update for server info and packets"
- "iRO now has different Kafra dialog sequences. Set option A to B"
- "there's working temporary solution for idRO at forums. http://..."
- "OpenKore 2.1 is released"

Should be distributed via Atom/RSS (pointless without that) and maybe even displayed at OpenKore startup by default.

Additional one can be made for trunk testers with information about new features, known bugs and needed changes when updating, but in this case forums and IRC are enough.

Well. This was made using "test3", but because Bibian is using "Cherokee" Web server with domain key sharing, this is kinda difficult to move here. (Also As make wiki CURL compatible).
