The "pthreads" must be fixed for FreeBSD.
on others, it works good. ( Except MacOS X, that we can't test out).

MM... only color codes are shown, but not applied.
There is something wrong with them?

I just added output of color values to see if they're generated right. No idea why Wx::RichTextCtrl->BeginTextColour doesn't work.

And it seems to be windows-only problem.

Seems to be important: http://forums.openkore.com/viewtopic.php?t=10288
He reported that readline is installed, but compilation script failed to determine that.
Btw, readline isn't needed for OpenKore to run (as long as Simple/Curses/Socket/Wx interfaces are used, I think?), so it's not right if OpenKore doesn't compile without it.

r6916 already had this issue with colors in Wx on Windows. Running with current binaries.
