MAC operating system

Can you load a Mac operating system on any computer? Just a curious debate question. If you have a non-apple computer without an operating system on it, could you load Mac operating software instead of a Microsoft based operating software and have it operate as a Mac?

Apples uses intel CPU hardware itself now.
So if your other hardware is supported too, you can create a so called "hackingtosh". :P
