Final Fantay VII (Chocobo Racing Help)

I'm playing FFVII and I am having a bit of trouble.

I just started Disk 2 and want to start breeding Chocobos. How do I get back into the Golden Saucer to race them? They keep telling me it is closed... Will I ever be able to get back into the Golden Saucer so I can race my Chocobos??

I can't find a guide online telling me how to do this either..

You need a Lifetime Pass to the Golden Saucer. I assume you have to buy it when you're allowed in.

yes i have one of those. i am on the second disk (when the meteor comes). Since then, the gold saucer has been "closed."

wont let me in at all.... does anybody remember how to get back in?
