I'm gonna restrict max 4-5 accounts per IP, be at home, computer shop or anywhere (no excuses).

I will reduce Anubis exp to at least 50%.

Server forums? was thinking to create FB group page for it rather than paying for separate webhost. I'll use the game host features and all its free stuff.

If its lowrate berries/seed impact in woe is not so relevant.

no custom gears wings crap.
no warper/healer (inn keeper is good zeny sinker)

other suggestion:
Start server with high rates for trial (bot setting) & daily woe/pvp events to kill some time until our community have come for the gathering.
Once we have a bunch of groups with decent population re-start with a wipe with low rate normal mode server.
Start with only turtle dungeon patch, then add new patch every 3 week.e.g (Like we always happily waited & anticipated with some events in officials)

add comodo after 3 week, + yuno after 3 week (enable 2-2 class),+amatsu after 3 week, niflheim etc....
This keeps everyone active to hunt something new after few week AND theres something for newbies to compete coming to catchup.

monthly ranking wipes (monthly active forger/brewer wins- chance for new comer)

+1 to anyone who said disable bg equip (or replace something else)
+1 to anyone who said ip limit. I suggest free basic2 ip per limit, extend to 3 free ip after perhaps 6 months after discussion. additional acc (4th & 5th) for the ip need to donate say $ 5.00 p month p additional ip (max 5 per ip) im willing to buy additional ip quota just to donate.
+1 woe announcement etc..

Basically i'd love to see a server with above suggestion + Muspell Setting.
Just a wise word. WoE wont be as our classic woe, where we hit each other & enjoyed & stayed longer in woe castle instead of spending time keep going back to castle after quick edp/zen/ad hit KO.

i think the owner of muspell mentioned about giving his server settings to whoever wants to continue his project.

- hmmm.. i feel that ninja and gunner skills are already weak from the very start, except for final strike maybe? well.. im not knowledgeable on these 2 classes though.. however... on pre trans woe map.. maybe nerf their damage to fit 2nd classes... if possible?

My vote goes to :

1) 3 accounts per IP.. We'll have a good economy by limiting the bots.. But I agree for those who wants to add 1 account per IP, donation is required

2) If we limit the accounts to 3 per IP, i'd go for 3/3/3, if 5+ accs per IP, I'd go for 1/1/1.. I believe mvp drop rates shall follow the server rates too, except for the card..

3) Separate woe with trans and non-trans? that's awesome !!

4) Im okay with Anubis exp reduce to 50%, but please add the quantity =D

5) No healer, warper, pvp/BG room... let everything become normal..atleast for now..

6) KoreRO Rejuvenation !! =P

"4) No Bots for MVP/Miniboss hunting (for fair and manual competition)" - Sounds good and difficult, but how? haha. Don't forget to remove Mini-boss cards in OCA

Starter Pack - No, Do beginners really need this?
Eden Quest - If trans is decided, why not
Warper NPC - No, Are we that lazy? Haha
Healer NPC - Now we're really that lazy, Haha
Custom Gears - Im really not into this, I prefer we stay close to officials
God Items - No
Quests - Exp events are harmless if its not repeatable. Head Gear Quest - If possible, stay close to the quests seen in RmS. Platinum Skill Quest - Yes
Events - I'm no good in suggesting, but be sure that the rewards are balanced enough. I know that this would be 1 of the reasons for people to actually login manually so this would be healthy in the near future.

1 IP per Person in Woe - Yes
BG - Not in early days, In the future maybe.
3-5 Bot per IP - I would really love to it be on 10 minimum. But I guess it will be an issue for the Character/Player limit. So go for it.

And btw thanks freezer for actually putting some time on this this project. I hope that everything goes well.
