Winsock Packet Editor (WPE) usage

Hi.
I have been trying to find a way to have a character just walk around a specific path.
Using WPE I recorded and just clicked around the map and then back to starting position.
Later tested all packets that were sent from my ip and added to the list ony those packets that moved my character when replayed.
Replaying the list of packets did achieved my goal of moving the character in a loop for a good while, I even tried to click away and he did go back to path.

I tried to repeatedly record moving the character from the same starting position to same finish position several times and comparing the packets I noticed that they were all different.
Does server time gets encoded on those packets or something else?
Will using wpe in that manner raise any red flags?

I read about one common use for wpe is spamming skills and there have been antimeasures, but how about moving around?
