Engrish servers plox

I don't know about you guys, but I don't speak a word of Tagalog or Portugese, and anymore it seems all servers are loaded down with 90% Pinoy and BRs.
It doesn't really matter for questing or even WoE, but it presents a problem for socializing.
Now I know iRO is almost exclusively English speaking, but I'm not about to start a 1x server in 2008, lol. And aside from it, I don't know of any.

I've joined two VERY young servers that started off English speaking, but that disappeared within less than 3 months. Now it's the admins and the donators, and that's about it.

Anyone here know of some English servers?

I just downloaded FeelRo yesterday and hadn't installed it yet. And at 1k rate I wouldn't need to bot O.O Unless max level is 6k or something, lol.
I've just never found a high rate server with decent balance. They always end up wrong.

And isn't InRo an official server? While I prefer low rate, actual rate IE 1x or even 2x is just too crazy for me >,<
6x is the lowest I've played, and honestly I wouldn't restart it. 10 is about a minimum as far as I'm concerned. 30 seems to be my personal favorite.
