I reviewed the screenshot you attached, it's very frustrating because the telltale value 74 is not where its supposed to be
Let me check with the new chaos ragexe.exe
I only removed GameGuard so far
(Sorry for the late reply, wasn't logged in pala and just knew of your msg when I checked my email)

I found a solution to the dilemma!
Got it from http://forums.openkore.com/viewtopic.php?p=44377#p44377
Big thanks to ricky19812 for his idea and to benj1320 for the unpacked Sakexe
Changed _Sakexe.exe to Ragexe.exe, removed GG and hexed it to open multiple RO windows.
It works great!
You should try it with Valexe.exe
Baka di pa complete yung Ragexe and the like since very recently pa lang nagka-Renewal patch unlike sa Sakexe na may katagalan na sila nag Renewal patch...?
Sana sa next patch/update OK na, though
Oh, btw, here are the codes I came up with (for NEW CHAOS):
Remove Gameguard:
Search: E8 E4 19 E3 FF
Replace: 90 90 90 90 90
Open Multiple RO Windows
Search: 85 C0 74 07 C6 05 A8 9A 86 00 01
Replace: 85 C0 EB 07 C6 05 A8 9A 86 00 01
Search: 85 C0 74 0E 5F 5E B8 01 00 00 00
Replace: 85 C0 EB 0E 5F 5E B8 01 00 00 00
Search: 85 C0 74 09 5F 5E 32 C0 5B 8B E5
Replace: 85 C0 EB 09 5F 5E 32 C0 5B 8B E5
