Anyone knows what are the hex strings of Release or Reading Spell Book?

coz in openkore we can release the memorized spell infinitely without recasting again the Reading Spell Book, so this skill is not server sided.

why I did not find the "Reference to: Kernel32 bla bla bla"?
I mean there's only on my client "referenced by : ncondinental or [C] onditional" jump at adress..
with the prefix 007xxxxx, not 006xxxxx.. Can you give me a hint?
