Wrong portal coordinates

Bots get stuck with old coordinates. PortalLOS must be edited too :)

some portals depends on the RO carrier itself. it has varies of portals that different with another carrier.

a lot of iRO's portals are missing / changed

For example all the portals going into High Orcs Field Map are removed

This, and provided per-server portals were removed due to "some trouble", so there isn't much to do in tablepack with particular server's updates and differences.

Okay then, any active server supporters with svn access may recreate portals+portalsLOS for their server. I'm just not aware what the problems with these files were, or maybe I forgot.
