Teleport deadlock

Using the latest revision, I occasionally see Teleport deadlock when bot tries to use Teleport skill to avoid monsters.

After above line, bot stands still doing nothing.

Your teleport is working properly. Most likely your bot not had time to use the skill

It could be due to my internet connection or timeout. It does not happen to me every time just sometimes.
The ping between me and iRO is just high.
