double strafe dont work? whats wrong?

my hunter does not use improve concentration and double strafe...

i got openkore_ready (downloaded 2 days ago)

maybe anybody can help me (i play on france ro)

and maybe anybody can tell me where i can bot with best results for exp/money

im hunter lvl 70
