Using teleport skill disables to use any item and skill

after casting teleport skill (ss 26), bot does not teleport and a dialog is opened. After that bot is unable to use an item or a skill. After warp cancel, I can use items. Anyone else experience that?

Edit: Oh, it seems teleportAuto_useSkill 0 makes it impossible to use skill. When I change it to 1, I can safely use teleport skill.
