You should have an "errors.txt" in your root folder where openkore is installed.
It is be best to paste that file after you encounter that error, instead of, or in addition to a screenshot, since it has more information useful to us than a screenshot will.
Errors.txt will show the whole stack trace, denote the version you're using, etc., etc. which helps avoid asking all those questions, and start into a possible solution.
